These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Bryx AI, including our website, platform, apps, account tools, generation tools, workspace features, support channels, and connected third-party integrations.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, connecting a third-party service, starting a subscription, or using Bryx AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement to use Bryx AI. If you use Bryx AI on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that occurs under your account or workspace, except where caused by our failure to meet our legal obligations.

You may need an account to access parts of Bryx AI. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, permissions, billing settings, connected accounts, uploaded content, and workspace activity.

If you invite other users into a workspace, you are responsible for ensuring they are authorised to access the relevant content, data, brand assets, and connected services.

Some Bryx AI features may require a paid plan, usage credits, add-ons, or other fees. Prices, limits, usage allowances, and plan features may be shown at checkout, inside the platform, or in a separate written agreement.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for taxes, charges, and fees associated with your plan unless stated otherwise.

Credits, promotional allowances, trials, and beta access may expire, be limited by feature or provider availability, and may not be refundable unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.

We may suspend or limit access to paid features if payment fails, billing details are invalid, usage exceeds plan limits, or we reasonably suspect misuse.

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, generate, edit, store, or export through Bryx AI, subject to any rights held by third parties and any separate agreement that applies.

You grant Bryx AI a limited licence to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, modify, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licences, consents, and permissions for content you upload or instruct Bryx AI to process, including brand assets, images of people, third-party materials, customer data, and social platform content.

Bryx AI may help create images, videos, audio, copy, documents, campaign ideas, analysis, and other outputs. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, relying on, sharing, or using them commercially. This includes checking accuracy, legality, platform rules, intellectual property rights, advertising standards, and any industry-specific requirements.

Bryx AI does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, non-infringing, compliant with every platform policy, or appropriate for regulated use without human review.

Bryx AI may allow you to connect services such as Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and other third-party platforms. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, developer policies, API permissions, and account rules.

You must only connect accounts you are authorised to use. You must not use Bryx AI to publish, schedule, access, scrape, analyse, or manage content in a way that violates a third-party platform's rules.

If a connected platform changes its API, permissions, pricing, policy, or availability, Bryx AI features that depend on that platform may change, degrade, pause, or stop working.

You can revoke third-party platform access through the relevant platform settings. Revoking access may disable connected features inside Bryx AI.

You must not use Bryx AI to break the law, violate third-party rights, mislead people, create harmful or abusive content, compromise security, reverse engineer the service, overload infrastructure, bypass limits, or interfere with other users.

You must not upload or generate content that is illegal, exploitative, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually exploitative, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

You must not use Bryx AI to impersonate others without permission, create deceptive political or commercial content, distribute malware, harvest credentials, spam people, or manipulate platform systems.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms, platform policies, legal requirements, or safety rules have been breached.

Bryx AI, including our software, interface, design system, brand, logos, workflows, documentation, and platform technology, is owned by Bryx AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Bryx AI technology to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the service except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by Bryx AI without restriction or compensation, provided we do not use your confidential information in violation of applicable obligations.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and delete personal data. By using Bryx AI, you acknowledge that personal data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

If you upload or process personal data about others, you are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis, required notices, permissions, and agreements needed for that processing.

Some features may be experimental, in beta, limited, or dependent on third-party providers. Beta features may change, contain errors, have usage limits, or be removed at any time.

We may update, improve, suspend, remove, or replace parts of Bryx AI as the product evolves. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Bryx AI is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, exact output quality, specific commercial results, or compatibility with every third-party service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryx AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, content, business opportunity, or anticipated savings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bryx AI's total liability for claims relating to the service will be limited to the amount you paid to Bryx AI for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event that caused the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

You may stop using Bryx AI at any time. You may also cancel a subscription through the available account or billing controls, subject to the plan terms shown at purchase.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, create risk for Bryx AI or others, violate connected platform rules, or use the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm.

After termination, your right to use Bryx AI ends. Some sections of these Terms will continue to apply where they are intended to survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, pricing changes, platform integrations, or operational updates.

If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users or make the update clear. Continued use of Bryx AI after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
