When you sign in to Bryx AI using Google Authentication, we only request and store the following minimum information from your Google account:

Name – to personalize your experience within the platform

Email address – to create and manage your account, and to communicate with you

We do not request or access any other Google data, including but not limited to:

Google Calendar, Drive, Gmail, Contacts, Photos, YouTube, or any other Google service data

2. How We Use Your Google Information

The Name and Email address we collect via Google Authentication are used solely for:

Creating and identifying your Bryx AI account

Displaying your name inside the platform

Sending essential account-related communications (e.g., login alerts, service updates)

We do not use your Google information for:

Any purpose beyond authentication and basic account management

3. No Access to Other Google Services

Bryx AI uses Google only as an authentication provider. We do not integrate with any other Google API services, including:

4. Storage and Retention of Google Data

Your Name and Email address are stored securely on Bryx AI's servers and retained for as long as you maintain an active account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@bryx.ai.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google-authenticated information to any third parties, except:

To protect the security or integrity of our platform

6. Limited Use Compliance (Google API Services)

Bryx AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Bryx AI:
